SUMMARY
Head: black; face gold pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax yellow, many macrosetae; proboscis and maxillary palpi brownish-black, proboscis with white setae, maxillary palpi with yellow and brown setae; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput yellow pruinose, setae yellow
Antennae: scape brown, brown setae ventrally; pedicel brown, brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose; postpedicel ventrally light brown, brown dorsally, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element brown
Thorax: black; postpronotal peg large, yellow pruinose; scutum bluish-black, antero-laterally red, gold pruinose, apruinose indistinct spots laterally, yellow setae scattered on surface; macrosetae: black, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; mesopleura gold pruinose; scutellum gold pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, yellow
Legs: light brown to brown; femora light brown, setae white, metathoracic femora slightly clubbed, club with brown setae; prothoracic and mesothoracic tibiae light brown, yellow stripe anteriorly, metathoracic tibiae in proximal half light brown, distal half brown, yellow stripe anteriorly; first tarsomere yellow, brown distad, remaining tarsomere brown, black setae; empodium short, nearly a quarter of length of claws
Wings: densely covered with microtrichiae, cells c, sc, proximal half of r1, br, and bm dark brown, R2+3 bent anteriorly and R4 bent posteriorly (distal tip of cell r2 widened); pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins, cell a1 nearly closed; halteres light brown
Abdomen: Dark brown; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, anterior, lateral, and posterior margins grey pruinose, T1 with long yellow setae laterally, T2 with yellow setae laterally, remaining tergites with yellow or brown setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: male specimens unknown.
