SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, 8-12 macrosetae; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput silver pruinose, setae white
Antennae: scape and pedicel brown, setae brown; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element brown
Thorax: black; scutum black, sometimes 2 slightly red spots antero-laterally, predominantly apruinose, anterior, lateral, and posterior margins silver pruinose, white setae on pruinose area and few yellow setae scattered on apruinose part, presutural dorso-central setae sometimes distinct; macrosetae: white or black, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, white
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic femora light brown, metathoracic femora pale yellow proximally, clubbed, club brown, light brown distally; tibiae brown, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip on metathoracic tibiae anteriorly; empodium minute (holotype with short empodium)
Wings: hyaline, few microtrichiae scattered on remigium and margins, slightly brown stained; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres yellow
Abdomen: black; predominantly brown pruinose, anterior and posterior margins narrowly grey pruinose, T2-4 in proximal half apruinose, T1 with long brown setae laterally, T2 in proximal half with white setae laterally, remaining tergites with white and brown setae, sternites grey pruinose, S2 in proximal half apruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe dorsally and ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, enlarged distally; dorsal aedeagal sheath short, blunt, lateral processes of dorsal aedeagal sheath short; lateral apodeme simple.
