SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; proboscis and maxillary palpi brownish-black, setae white; ocellar tubercle white pruinose dorsally; occiput silver pruinose, few white setae
Antennae: scape brown, white setae ventrally; pedicel brown, brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element brown
Thorax: black; postpronotal peg large, silver pruinose; scutum bluish-black, yellow pruinose medially, lateral and posterior margins silver pruinose, 2 narrow median stripes, originating at anterior margin not reaching posterior margin, and 2 lateral stripes, not reaching anterior and posterior margins, apruinose, view short white setae on margins; macrosetae: white, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; mesopleura covered with dense white pruinosity, long white setae directing anteriorly on anepisternum and katepisternum; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae very short, white
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic femora yellow, mesothoracic and metathoracic femora yellow proximally, remaining part brown, clubbed, club with brown stripe laterally, setae white; tibiae brown, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip on metathoracic tibiae anteriorly; first tarsomere pale yellow proximally, brown distad, remaining tarsomere brown, black setae; empodium minute
Wings: hyaline, but microtrichiae scattered on remigium; pterostigma indistinguishable; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres light brown
Abdomen: black; tergites brown pruinose dorsally, grey pruinose laterally, T1 with long white setae laterally, white and brown setae on remaining T, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, divided into 2 lobes; dorsal aedeagal sheath open, extending gonopore, lateral processes of dorsal aedeagal sheath long; lateral apodeme simple.
