SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; proboscis and maxillary palpi brownish-black, setae white; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput silver pruinose, setae white; Antennae (postpedicel broken) - scape brown, brown setae ventrally; pedicel brown, brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose
Thorax: Orange to black; postpronotal peg large, silver pruinose; scutum bluish-black, antero-lateral and lateral margins orange, yellow pruinose medially, margins silver pruinose, 2 median narrow longitudinal stripes, not reaching posterior margin, and 2 lateral spots, not reaching anterior and posterior margins, apruinose, few white and yellow setae on margins; macrosetae: black, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae short, white
Legs: yellow to brown; femora pale yellow proximally, light brown on remaining part, metathoracic femora slightly clubbed, club brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic tibiae light brown, pale yellow stripe anteriorly, metathoracic tibiae yellow proximally, remaining part brown, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip anteriorly; first tarsomere yellow proximally, brown distad, remaining tarsomere brown, black setae; empodium distinct, very short
Wings: hyaline, but microtrichiae on distal margin, slightly browned stained; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres yellow
Abdomen: brown; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, grey pruinose laterally, T1 with long brown setae laterally, T2 in proximal half with few white setae laterally, remaining tergites with yellow setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, large lobe ventrally; hypandrium ventral margin straight; dorsal aedeagal sheath tubular, medium length; lateral apodeme bifurcated.
