Head: black; face yellow pruinose, facial gibbosity distinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; proboscis and maxillary palpi brownish-black, setae white; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput silver pruinose, setae white
Antennae: scape brown, brown setae ventrally; pedicel brown, brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element brown
Thorax: black; postpronotal peg small, distinct, silver pruinose; scutum bluish-black, predominantly apruinose, margins silver pruinose, white setae antero-laterally and on margins, presut and post-sutural dorso-central setae present; macrosetae: white, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, white
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic femora yellow, mesothoracic femora yellow proximally, remaining part brown, metathoracic femora in proximal half pale yellow, clubbed, club brown, setae white; tibiae yellow proximally, brown in remaining part, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip on metathoracic tibiae anteriorly; tarsomere brown, black setae; empodium short, about a fifth of length of claws
Wings: hyaline, but microtrichiae evenly scattered on remigium and distal margin; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 3 veins; halteres light brown
Abdomen: black; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, anterior margin grey pruinose laterally, posterior margin grey pruinose, T2 in proximal half with apruinose spot, T1 with long white setae laterally, T2 in proximal half with white setae laterally, remaining tergites with white and yellow setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, pointed distally; dorsal aedeagal sheath short, blunt, paired appendage developed ventrally; lateral apodeme simple.
