SUMMARY
Head: black; face yellow pruinose, facial gibbosity distinct, mystax yellow, many macrosetae, nearly as long as proboscis; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput silver pruinose, setae yellow; Antennae (pedicel and postpedicel broken) - scape brown, yellow setae ventrally
Thorax: black; scutum black, 2 orange spots antero-laterally, predominantly apruinose, margins white pruinose, yellow setae on anterior, lateral, and posterior margins, leaving dorsal surface nearly uncovered; scutellum white pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, yellow
Legs: red-orange to brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic femora light brown, mesothoracic femora with brown ring medially, metathoracic femora pale yellow proximally, brown medially, orange distad, clubbed, club densely covered with long, erect yellow setae; prothoracic and mesothoracic tibiae brown, yellow stripe anteriorly, metathoracic tibiae orange to light brown, yellow stripe not reaching tip anteriorly; empodium distinct, very short
Wings: densely covered with microtrichiae, brown coloured; pterostigma indistinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres light brown
Abdomen: brown; tergites on anterior and posterior margins orange, grey pruinose, setae yellow, T1 with long yellow setae, T2 in proximal half with yellow setae laterally
Male terminalia: surstylus bent inwards distally; hypandrium proximally greatly enlarged, with rectangular membranous area ventrally; dorsal aedeagal sheath long, lateral apodeme bifurcated.
