Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; ocellar tubercle brown pruinose dorsally; occiput in upper half brown on lower half silver pruinose, setae white
Antennae: scape and pedicel brown, setae brown; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element brown
Thorax: black; scutum bluish-black, covered with dense, short, brown pruinosity, 2 median narrow longitudinal stripes shine through the pruinosity, lateral and posterior margins silver pruinose, few white setae on margins; macrosetae: black, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta, 1 pal (not always present); scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae short, white
Legs: yellow to brown; femora yellow proximally, light brown distad, metathoracic femora with brown stripes laterally; tibiae brown, pale yellow stripe anteriorly; empodium minute
Wings: hyaline, few microtrichiae scattered on remigium and margins; pterostigma indistinct, light brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres yellow
Abdomen: black; tergites brown pruinose dorsally, yellow pruinose laterally, T1 with yellow setae, remaining tergites with yellow setae, sternites yellow pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, divided into 2 lobes; dorsal aedeagal sheath open, extending gonopore, lateral processes of dorsal aedeagal sheath short; lateral apodeme simple.
