SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, sometimes yellow pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; ocellar tubercle white pruinose dorsally (sometimes apruinose); occiput silver pruinose, white and yellow setae
Antennae: scape and pedicel brown, setae brown; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element hyaline
Thorax: black; scutum yellow pruinose medially, margins silver pruinose, 2 lateral spots, not reaching anterior and posterior margins, apruinose, sometimes long brown setae scattered on pruinose part; scutellum white pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae short or long, yellow
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic femora in proximal half yellow, distal half brown, metathoracic femora in proximal half pale yellow, clubbed, club brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic tibiae brown, pale yellow stripe anteriorly, metathoracic tibiae yellow proximally, remaining part brown, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip anteriorly; empodium minute
Wings: hyaline, few microtrichiae scattered on remigium and distal margin; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres light brown
Abdomen: brown; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, grey pruinose laterally, T1 with long white setae laterally, T2 in proximal half with few white setae laterally, remaining tergites with white and yellow setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: Fig. 15 - surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, divided into 2 lobes, sclerite situated just anterior to these lobes; dorsal aedeagal sheath short, blunt; lateral apodeme simple.
