SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, 10-12 macrosetae, sometimes nearly as long as proboscis; ocellar tubercle apruinose; occiput yellow pruinose dorsally, silver pruinose laterally, setae white
Antennae: scape and pedicel brown, setae brown; postpedicel brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element dark brown
Thorax: black; scutum predominantly apruinose, anterior, lateral, and posterior margins yellow pruinose, yellow setae on pruinose part, dorso-central setae sometimes distinct, brown; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, yellow
Legs: yellow; metathoracic femora pale yellow proximally, clubbed, setae white; metathoracic tibiae yellow proximally, brown distad; empodium minute
Wings: densely covered with microtrichiae; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 3 veins; halteres light brown
Abdomen: black; T2-3 and proximal half of T4 predominantly apruinose, grey pruinose laterally, remaining tergites grey pruinose, S2 apruinose, remaining sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, large lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, enlarged distally; dorsal aedeagal sheath short, blunt, lateral processes of dorsal aedeagal sheath short; lateral apodeme simple.
