SUMMARY
Head: black; face silver pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; ocellar tubercle white pruinose dorsally; occiput silver pruinose, setae white
Antennae: scape light brown, setae white; pedicel light brown, white or brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose; postpedicel light brown, white pruinose; apical 'seta-like' sensory element yellow
Thorax: black; scutum predominantly apruinose, margins silver pruinose, sometimes grey pruinosity extending onto scutum antero-laterally, macrosetae: white, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae short, white
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic and mesothoracic femora yellow proximally, brown distad, metathoracic femora pale yellow proximally, distal half brown, clubbed; prothoracic and mesothoracic tibiae light brown, yellow stripe anteriorly, metathoracic tibiae in proximal half yellow, distal half brown, pale yellow stripe not reaching tip anteriorly; empodium short, about a quarter of length of claws
Wings: densely covered with microtrichiae, proximal 2/3 brown stained, distal third more greyish; pterostigma distinct, brown; discal cell terminating in 2 veins; halteres yellow to brown
Abdomen: brown; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, anterior and posterior margins grey pruinose, T2 in proximal half apruinose, T1 with black setae, T2 in proximal half with few white setae laterally, remaining tergites with white or brown setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium ventral margin straight, with triangular sclerite distally; dorsal aedeagal sheath tubular, medium length; lateral apodeme bifurcated.
