SUMMARY
Head: black; face yellow pruinose, facial gibbosity indistinct, mystax white, many macrosetae; ocellar tubercle silver pruinose dorsally; occiput silver pruinose, setae white
Antennae: scape brown, brown setae ventrally, white pruinose; pedicel dark brown, brown setae ventrally and dorsally, white pruinose; postpedicel brown, white pruinose proximally and ventrally; apical 'seta-like' sensory element hyaline
Thorax: black; postpronotal peg small, distinct, silver pruinose; scutum predominantly apruinose, bluish-black, anterior, lateral, and posterior margins silver pruinose, long white setae on pruinose part, presut and post-sutural dorso-central setae long, macrosetae: white, 1 notopeural seta, 1 supra-alar seta; scutellar silver pruinose, discal scutellar setae and scutellar setae long, white
Legs: yellow to brown; prothoracic femora light brown, mesothoracic femora light brown in proximal half, distal half brown, metathoracic femora pale yellow proximally, clubbed, club brown; tibiae brown, yellow stripe not reaching tip anteriorly, distal half of metathoracic tibiae and tarsomere 1-4 with long brown setae laterally; empodium minute
Wings: hyaline, very few microtrichiae on remigium, veins yellow in proximal half of wing, brown distally, C, Sc, and R1 completely pale yellow; pterostigma indistinct; discal cell terminating in 3 veins; halteres yellow
Abdomen: black; tergites predominantly brown pruinose, lateral margin grey pruinose, T1 with long white setae laterally, T2 in proximal third with white setae laterally, remaining tergites with short yellow and brown setae, sternites grey pruinose
Male terminalia: surstylus pointed distally, lobe ventrally; hypandrium bent upwards, divided into 2 lobes; dorsal aedeagal sheath tubular, medium length; lateral apodeme simple.
